We are now taking applications for trade stands at The West Show in 2026.

Please complete the application form to submit your request for a place. Please ensure you have read the Trader Information (button below), which contains site rules and terms & conditions, before you submit your application.

This year the West Show takes place on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th August 2026.

Outside Traders Application

Please ensure that you state the total size required allowing for ropes, steps, access doors etc. This will be the size allocated to you and will be unable to be changed on the day
We may be able to supply you with a tent at an additional cost. If you intend to use your own, please select "No".
If a different size is required - please selet 'other size' and put details in the additional information box and we will advise if we are able to supply one
An additional charge will be levied.
If you have requested electricity, please also confirm if you wish to request power overnight on Tuesday 18 August. This will be agreed on a case-by-case basis and, if accepted, will incur a £40 charge.
