We are now accepting applications for Catering Stands for the West Show 2026.

Complete the application form to submit your request for a place. Please ensure you have read the Trader Information (button below), which contains site rules and terms & conditions, before you submit your application.

This year the West Show takes place on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th August 2026.

Please ensure that you state the total size required allowing for ropes, steps, access doors etc. This will be the size allocated to you and will be unable to be changed on the day.
An additional charge will be levied.
Please also confirm if you wish to request power overnight on Tuesday 18 August. This will be agreed on a case-by-case basis and, if accepted, will incur a £40 charge.
