The Committee will be accepting entries for tent and animal exhibits.
Any exhibitor who wishes to enter our competitions will need to complete an entry form and be in possession of a two day / membership ticket. Entry forms can be found within printed copies of the Schedule of Exhibit Classes booklet or downloaded from this website. Tickets can be bought from the outlets listed on our Information page.
The Committee will be accepting entries on the following days:
- Wednesday 31st July, 5pm – 7pm, at Sylvan’s Football Club
Entries for Tent Exhibits, Cattle, Goats, Sheep & Pigs and Fur & Feather - Saturday 10th August, 3pm – 7pm, at St Peter’s Community Hall
Entries for Tent Exhibits Only
Entries for Cattle, Goats, Sheep & Pigs and Fur & Feather must be submitted by Wednesday 31st July. No late entries will be accepted.
The Committee will also be accepting the return of any trophies won in 2023.
